It is a roller coaster that has usually a type of water supply including a turbine churning the water to power the coaster. Or in some cases it can be an air pressure powered coaster that uses water for a backup supply, and shoots out little jets of water to exhaust. (like smoke coming out of a car's exhaust pipe) There are few rollercoasters like this kind. Their was one recently built and closed called Ocean Fever in California in a small park. It was closed after serious problems.
