I personally use it as an antacid. One level teaspoon in 4 to 6 ounces of water. Stir well, drink. I hear it can also be used to stop grease fires. Grab a big handful and sprinkle it as fast as you can without causing splattering on a pan or stove that has a grease fire. It has many more uses.
