Tthere is no such school in the United States. You will need to graduate high school (or get your GED) then apply for a vet tech program at a local community college or four-year college.

It depends on the parents really. A child can start Nursery school at 2 years old and proceed to primary school at the age of 6 years old. (in a private school) but if public school, it would have to be 6years old. However, most parents can relatively afford to send their children to nursery school no matter how low the facilities of the school might be. So basically, its 2 years old OR 6 years old and education in Nigeria is compulsory and it is free at public school level.:)
