The best way to defeat a bully is not to give them the power. You can do this one of two ways. One way is to ignore them, tell a teacher, and to not listen to the threats. I use to tell my students to picture the bully in a big yellow chicken suit with a big orange beak. Get this picture in your head and walk away laughing to yourself.
