Seriously, a weep hole is a non-technical term for any holes designed to drain fluids. There are several of them on any car, so you have to be more specific. For instance, there are weep holes to drain water from around the sun roof; there are also holes to drain oil or coolant leaking and collecting around the valley pan, located between the "V" of the engine block.
