Its not the actual temperature that is important, but the rise in temperature. If you plot your temperature from day one (when your period starts) you should see a 0.2 degree centigrade rise at ovulation and you'll be fertile for a few days after that. Also if you have sex a few days before that you can get pregnant as the sperm stays alive for a few days.
Its important to take the temperature at the same time each day when it won't be affected by activity or drinking/eating hot/cold stuff. First thing in the morning is best.
If you're not seeing the rise and you're getting tired at the time you should ovulate then you are lacking in energy and need to change your diet.
A woman's body can tell her that she is ovulating by releasing a clear or white fluid.
It is no different at normal activities in temperature.
what are the signals for a raise in a women's body temperature
Ovulation is the period of time a woman is fertile. This is nomally in the middle of a womans cycle lasting 3-7 days. Ive never heard of the term "non-ovulating", but i would have to say it is the days that she isn't ovulating/fertile. Or maybe it refferrs to after menopause, when a woman no longer ovulates, making her infertile.
It is standard. Your basal temperature initially lowers to indicate you are ovulating. A spike in temperature during the middle of your cycle indicates that you have finished ovulating. When you are pregnant, your temperature will stay high, rather than return to its cycle.
It's used when you take the temperature to find out when you are ovulating and means Basal Metabolic Temperature aka Basal Body Temperature (BBT).
Technically you can get pregnant without ovulating. Without an egg there can be no pregnancy, however you don't have to be the one that produces the egg in order for you to get pregnant. If a woman doesn't ovulate then she will not produce an egg to be fertilised, however a woman can use another womans egg with IVF and the zygote that results from this can then be inserted in the woman's uterus.
because the incubator keeps the baby in a temperature like the temperature that the baby had in the womans amnion fluid!(uterus)
You will also have a thick, white discharge from your vagina. It will have an egg white consistancy.
Because of a reduced metabolism and poor insulation against the cold.
Menstruation occurs two weeks before menstruation - if you're menstruating then you are ovulating. The only way to accurately determine when you are ovulating or fertile would be to use fertility awareness method, this is where you track your fertility daily by keeping track of cervical mucus, cervical position, and basal body temperature every day.
when you are ovulating is there an odor?
