They are not tusks, they are horns. Mature male horns may reach about 3-4 feet long if the horn was straight, mature ewe horns may be about 2 feet long.
That sounds like "Birdzilla" to me, who's wingspan is thought to be about that large. besides, the animal with the largest wingpan is the wandering albatross, who's span is only just nearly 12 ft.
