Air movement is measured using anemometers. Air speeds inside a building tend to be relatively low, usually less than 1 m/s. This means the anemometers used for this purpose have to be much more sensitive than those used in weather stations measuring wind. There are two main types of internal anemometer, those based on a small propeller and those based on the cooling of a hot metal wire exposed to the air. Propeller based systems tend to be a little less sensitive at very low air speeds, however bearing technology and ultra-lightweight materials are increasingly proving this to be incorrect. Below is a picture of a anemometer.

CFM cubic feet per minute for air operated tools and such. The heating and air conditioning folks use a device held up too an air register to measure the volume of air coming through. I believe that is also Cubic Feet per minute.

What is air flow and how is it measured?

Air flow is movement of air from one place to another, usually by fan. It is measured in 'cubic ft. of air' . A typical bathroom fan moves about 200 cubic ft of air per minute.

What weather condition does wind speed measure?

The wind direction is measured with wind vanes or wind socks. The wind speed is measured with an anemometer.

What is energy and how is it measured?

I don't know how it is measured but i do know that it is basically movement energy. So if you waved your arm in the air right now, you have 'created' kinetic energy. hope this helps!

How will you describe momentum?

Momentum is the speed or velocity of a moving object. It can be measured by either force of impact or air/water displaced during movement.
