The Jupiter's stripes parallel to equator range from darker red brown to lighter yellowish shade's light stripes are colder, suggesting they are higher than the dark stripes. This in turn suggests convection. Such convections, caused by internal hea, with Jupiter's rapid rotation, would cause the parallel stripes in a process similar to the formation of trade winds on earth.

Also present is its magnetic field like our earth to trap sun particles to cause aurora at it's pole.

What are alike between Jupiter and earth?

jupiter and earth are both planets and go around the sun. that is the only thing alike. Edit : There's a bit more than that. One thing is that they both have significant magnetic fields. Also they both have important internal heat sources and they have atmospheres with storm systems, etc. There's probably more, but I agree they are very different planets.
