What is an Orthodox Athiest?

There is no such thing as an "Orthodox Atheist". Atheism has only one distinguisjing position - there is no god or gods. Beyond that one position there are no rituals, secret handshakes, traditional costumes or anything that divide atheism into sects. There are no "Old Order" Atheists, "Reform" Atheists or any other positions that differ from that one position. For some reason theists tend to want atheists to have divisions and have invented terms like strong, weak, new, etc. to highlight what they feel are different positions.
