They provide a way to enhance printed material with visual aid. :D
You can hook your VCR into the stereo using the red and white RCA outputs in the back of your VCR. anonymous@oola.com
yes
Same thing as a TV tuner, except that you're using it to tune your VCR into a specific channel instead of the TV.
No
yes
Inline recording means that you're using the video and audio input connectors on the VCR to get the sound and picture information, instead of using the built-in tuner. Most VCR's have line in and line out connectors. The red connector is for the right channel sound, the white is for the left. The yellow is for the video in and out.
Hi !This only applies assuming that this is a cable/antenna tuner not a HD or digital signal .What you'll need to do is find a free input on your tv such as input 1 , 2 , 3 etc . Connect the vcr to the free input using the ouput on the vcr .Then you will hook up your cable/antenna hookup into your vcr's INPUT or LINE IN whatever they call it . Turn on vcr and tv . Be sure to put tv on proper input which would be what ever free input you decided on for the vcr . Then you'll need to turn your vcr to the tuner input . Sometimes you have to press the input button to get there . From that point you will use the vcr remote to change channels .
Yes. Just conect the VCR outputs (usually red and white for audio, yellow for video) to the DVR inputs. Set the DVR to record from that input, and press Play on the VCR.
Yes, using the VCR portion of the DVD/VCR combo and a product such as ADS DVD Xpress or Pinnacle DVC90 to transfer old home movies from the VHS tape to a computer.
You have to pick one and try it's listed code as DVD or VCR. If the codes in the manual fail, try using 002 as a code. It works for the Magnavox MWD2206 (DVD/VCR combo).
A VCR stand is not necessary to make a VCR working properly as it is only a piece of furniture used to hold the VCR. A VCR will work as long as it is plugged into the wall and hooked up to a TV.
The main thing is it takes up less space and is more wiring. anonymous@oola.com
