Without WHO signing it? You, or him? If HE failed to sign it you can probably get it dismissed due to the fact that the ticket itself is actually a sworn affadavit that he, in fact, witnessed or investigated the violation and is issuing the violation notice. Without his signature the affadavit is meaningless. If YOU didn't sign it... you're out of luck.
if you cant sponsor her then you can look for freinds or family that can joint sponsor her. if there is no one to sponsor her then you have got a problem because you have to be able to proove income on the affadavit of support

You cant. What you have to do is get an affadavit of paternity, which has to be signed and notarized by both parents, but not at the same time. Both parents sign and have it notarized, then send it to your state office of vital statistics and the birth certificate will be amended.

Your best bet is to keep a clean copy of the original notarized fraud affadavit, along with the original letter from your creditor attesting to the fraud.
