That depends on whether you are offended by the use of the term "Secret Santa" or the exchange of gifts. If you possess the minority radicalistic anti-establishment holiday term perspective, you have two options: either simply opt out of participation or grow up and realize that you share the world with over 7 billion others who all possess different opinions from yours, AND who dramatically outnumber you--keep that in mind as you continue to annoy those around you.
Now, if your search for options is more one of scale or scope, there are a plethora of other options.
An alternative to Secret Santa is a White Elephant gift exchange. Each person brings a wrapped gift. As they arrive the gift is placed on a table, and they draw a number out of a basket. When the game begins, the person with number one picks a gift from the table. Then, number two has the option of picking a gift off the table or taking a gift that has already been chosen. Continue until everyone has a gift, and then everyone unwraps the gifts.
Another is a No Sale bake sale. Give from your heart and hands. Like above, place the goods on a table upon arrival. Draw numbers and continue as above.
Turn either into a Funny Money auction. The month before, disburse a set amount of cash out to all based on positive behaviors: saying "good morning" or "thank you." Picking up refuse around the workplace. Going above and beyond. At the end of the month, or before the holiday break, hold an auction with the proceeds.
Secret Santa Traditionally, no. That's why it's a "secret"! It's what distinguishes a Secret Santa exchange from a regular old gift exchange. I *have* participated in "Secret Santa" exchanges that did reveal the gift-giver, but they're not *true* Secret Santa exchanges.
