"Amnesty" is a pardon or forgiveness of a wrongdoing, usually granted by a government or authority. It is often given to a group of people who have committed a particular offense, as a way to overlook prior actions and move forward without punishment.

He said that we should give amnasty to all who had not paid and to intitute a checking program where Corporations must pay their employees by check. Then deduct the amounts claimed by the Federal Government from their Pay check. They don't get, they don't miss it and the will not complain to much. Author ruhul amin ruhel?

Ruhul or as he is often known Ruhel was born in Dattarail a small village in the province of Sylhet, Bangladesh. Ruhel was educated in Sylhet before leaving school at seventeen years of age.Ruhel had many interest whilst growing up, but his main interest was a love of poetry, which he has since developed into songwriting, we will see further in this introduction that he has taken this a step further and has succesfully had books published.Upon leaving school Ruhel began voluntary employment, working on a local newspaper, Shamal Sylhet, where he wrote under the name of Ruhul Amin Ruhel (the name he has used throughout his journalistic career),covering local news stories and events.Having served his apprenticeship Ruhel progressed to the Bartaman Dinkel , a national monthly magazine distributed all over Bangladesh.Five years later and aged twenty four, Ruhel and his good friend Anwar Shahajahan a journalist by trade decided that they would open an independent monthly magazine titled, London Bichitra, to express their and others true views of what was happening in Bangladesh at the time. The magazine was a well known magazine selling in both Bangladesh and the United Kingdom. As well as being a company director Ruhel also took time to write a regular colum titled Sritir Gogon in this magazine.Social activityThroughout his life Ruhel has taken a keen interest in those less fortunate than himself, and like his Father who was a patron for over fifty years of Anwar Welfare, Ruhel has himself taken an active role within this charity. The charity is based in the United Kingdom and aims to help those Bangladeshi people both in the UK and Bangladesh. As well as The Anwar Welfare Trust, Ruhel also donates a lot of time and money in his own village, helping with educational needs for the local children, orphans, re building damaged properties and supplying fresh drinking water.Ruhel has recently agreed with the local primary school teacher Asgar Khan, that he will provide funding for Five scolarships for Five of the poorer disadvantaged children, who although academically intellegent are through no fault of their own are caught in the poverty trap, and would normally be unable to further their educational standards. This is something Ruhel feels strongly about, having been denied the opportunities to progress himself as a youngster due to poverty.Move to BritainRuhel came to Britain in the summer of 1995 living in Stepney East London, he continued his journalistic lifestyle writing in Bangladeshi weekly newspapers based in London, he wrote for Shurma, Notun Din and Potrika, papers serving the Bangladeshi communities within the UK.As well as writing for these papers he also wrote several short stories which were published through the papers, and poetry a subject which still remains very close to his heart.Ruhel ShangeetRuhel's love of songwriting has led to him having Two books published, the first Ruhel Shangeet was published in 2000 and was quickly followed by Ruhel Shangeet II published one year later, each book contains one hundred and fifty songs of both spiritual and folk content, contempary and modern. Both books have been well received selling many copies with all the monies raised from the sale going directly to The Anwar Welfare, as mentioned earlier a cause Ruhel has firm beliefs in.Ruhel's songs have been popularised and recorded over the past few years by well known Bangladeshi singers both here in the UK and in Bangladesh. They have been aired on Television and Radio stations, and a stage play in major cities across England.Amongst artists who have recorded songs written by Ruhel are Mujib Pardashi, Topu Alam, Jashim Uddin, Abdul Shahid, Moshahid Ali, Fotik Miah and the late Ali Miah.Ruhel's NovelsRuhel's latest project has been the writing of Two novels, both of which are now completed and ready to be published, at the present moment in time Ruhel is looking for a publicist. The First novel is from a Bangladeshi perspective and shows how life in the United Kingdom really is as an immigrant. The Second is written in the style of a diary, and gives an account of how people suffer through marriage break ups and affairs, and the reason why they would embark on affairs in the first place. Also in the pipeline is a new novel written in a frivilous vein about life working within the different racial communities, although the book does have a serious side to it and will raise many talking points. If you would like to know more about The Anwar Welfare please visit their website.update.04/12/2008Ruhel's Latest WorksRuhul has published two new book's1.SEVEN COLOUR'S OF LIFEI2.T'S LIFERuhul amin Ruhel member of amnasty international.member of Muslim shahittha shongshadchairperson of Abdul Matin education trust.Ruhul Amin Ruhelanother two book will be publish very soon. it's called. taxi driver. and another one is. why is happening?ruhulaminruhel.co.UK
