It depends on what Pokemon you're using. Rock Polish is good for sweeper Pokemon, while Thunder Wave is good for staller/annoyer Pokemon.
well tyranitar is a good Pokemon and so is lapras as tank tank, ditto and porygon-z are good annoyers
Yes. Although it doesn't have a bigger move pool, Drill Peck and Tri-Attack, along with knowing both the strong and essential Annoyer-role attacks, (for competitive play) make up for this.Nonetheless, it's a great addition to any team.
Your starter, a pokemon with fly, a pokemon with surf ( swanna can learn both), a good physical attack pokemon, a good special attack pokemon, and an annoyer (status problems and healing). An example of a team like this is Serperior, Swanna, Haxorus, Volcarona, Rotom, and Crustle.
Buoyed, android, enjoyed, paranoid, Altoid, steroid. The English pronunciation of the word "foyer" rhymes with annoyer. Also, toyer (one who toys), lawyer, coyer, destroyer, sawyer and many others!
A good support Pokemon would have to be a Pokemon that will help your team. You can try Skarmory for physical walling and spikes/stealth rock support blissey for special walling or you could try an annoyer Pokemon that forces switch outs on other teams such as rotom with confuse ray will-o-wisp ect.

This depends on what you'd want. My recommendation is to get a team filled with different kind of types and have them learn different type moves to ensure a super effective on many Pokemon. You can also get a tank, sweeper, and an "annoyer" in your team. Tank Pokemon can take a lot of hits, but attacks are a bit weaker. Sweepers can attack Pokemon easily with high damage, either physical or special. "Annoyer" is to consistently confuse, cause to sleep, paralyze, etc. to make the opponent less likely to move. Here is an example team of different types: Infernape - Fire/Fighting Gastrodon - Water/Ground Pikachu/Raichu - Electric Alakazam/Gardevoir - Psychic(Fairy)* Tyranitar - Rock/Dark Staraptor - Normal/Flying *Alakzam is only a Psychic-type, but Gardevoir has a new addition to its type: Psychic/Fairy-type.
