When you manipulate the CPU to set a ghz hyper-frequency you attain many exploits. Judging by the looks of it, the code might need some arbitrary adjustments to create an unparalleled hyper-exploit. The exploit can then be fully taken advantage of by writing a couple hundred lines of top quality c++ code.
An attempt like this would be considered IBM computer hacking.
