If you are wanting to do this please dont this eating disorder is very dangerous and can result in death and other health conditions, Just work off your carbs. You'll be healthier and you'll be happy you did it the best way with out starving yourself.
A kids - boy or girl- is determined on their and how tall they are and what kind of activities can effect them. IF they do a lot of sports they can have a lot more muscle than others. Also just watch what kind of food your child is eating and how much. I mean junk food is good every once and while but not all the time every day.
