IME that particular error code means the cd is not spinning in cd plyer...Removed the cover off mine and it tries to focus the eye and WILL NOT spin the disc to get the disc info...started intermittently and then nothing will play...good thing I have another headunit.... Hope this helps...resetting most likely will not help..but it will default all learned parameters for fuel, idle, etc....
