They must go through many lives. If they have done good in their life (if they have done every job that they have been assigned.) when they die, they will move up in the social classes pyramid. If they have done bad, they will go lower in the social pyramid. When you have done good in the lives you will reach the top of the pyramid in which when you die, you will be united with brahman.
