What is an example of Facilitated Diffusion in your everyday lives?

Facilitated Diffusion is the movement of molecules from high concentration to low concentration, and doesn't require energy.

An example of Facilitated Diffusion in our everyday lives would be, red blood cells, they carry oxygen to the cells in your body and remove waste.
