There will be different opinions from different experts. One opinion (mine) is that there are over 2,000 gun control laws now on the books at City, State and National levels- and for the most part, they do not work. They only affect people that obey laws. People that ignore laws about robbery, kidnapping, murder and assault will also ignore laws about guns. What HAS been noted in that in areas where private ownership of guns has increased, levels of violent crime has DECREASED.
Expert opinion is when in a professional field gives his/her opinion about a certain product.
Expert opinion can be defined as the statement from a specialist on a specific subject.
Expert Opinion on Investigational Drugs was created in 1992.
Expert Opinion on Drug Delivery was created in 2004.
Expert Opinion on Biological Therapy was created in 2001.
Expert Opinion on Drug Discovery was created in 2006.
Expert Opinion on Drug Safety was created in 2002.
An Expert.
No you do not have to be a gun expert to own a gun. As long as you are of legal age to own a firearm and you do not have any felony offenses on your record, you can own a gun.
An opinion, is just that. Someon's "best" guess at an answer. If the opinion of an 'expert' is being sought then the value of the opinion of an 'expert' is rated somewhat higher, but can still be fallible.
The opinion of an expert in the field does tend to carry more weight than the opinion of someone is not an expert. It is even written in the Bible how people hold documentation proof in higher esteem. For instance a theology major is more likely to be listened to than someone with the experience but without the degree.
expert opinion is an opinion that has been extensively researched and has little to no holes. i cant think of an example but it could also be considered an experts opinion like glen beck and his show is all based on expert opinion hope this helps Expert opinion is a recommendation or evaluation that is provided by a person who is both unbiased and knowledgeable in the subject matter. Glen Beck does not qualify because he is not knowledgeable about many of the subjects he evaluates and he is biased toward a conservative viewpoint. A good example of an expert opinion would be a Doctor Who specializes in bone fractures giving an opinion after evaluating an x-ray as to whether a bone is broken.
