Yes, better than ink!
the HP 23 ink cartridge is a tri colour printer ink that is quite popular on the mark. This cartridge was adapted and invented recently, in the year 2005.
Depends on the ink. Some are effected more than others. We currently have an issue with the UV light from a finishing lacquer process bleaching the magenta ink giving the final print a green tint! Not idea... We are looking at changing the ink supply as this didn't effect the ink we used previously. There is not much else you can do. Mark
Assuming you mean ball point ink: Wrap a cotton cloth around your fingertip. Spritz the ink mark with ordinary hair spray. Rub it off immediately and thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. That will usually do it.

You should always mark a Waddington Diagnostic Reading Test with a number 2 pencil. Mechanical pencils and ink pens will not work.
An ink pen, even the permanent type, can't leave permanent marks on the skin with normal use; no matter how dark you make the mark it'll wash off eventually.
No, it can't take a picture of you. But it can spray ink on you, that will mark you. And probably your fingerprints will be on the alarm.
You should not use ink because it will move and separate into multiple components making it confusing to interpret the results. Pencil will not move, therefore is recommended to use a pencil.
