Mantoux test
'Intradermal' means inside the skin. 'Intra' ; inside 'dermal' ; skin. So the tester is taking a sample from under the surface of the skin to test for tuberculosis (TB).
The only thing I've heard the skin test for tuberculosis called is the tuberculin skin test.
