Propaganda is part object (information being disseminated by TV, Newspaper, leaflet, radio, etc...) and process (inculcation) for the specific purpose of changing attitudes, perception, beliefs, etc....
As such it has no direct or equivalent opposite.
The closest thing that comes to mind is the "scientific method"; A strict objective investigation based on well defined and quantitative rules and approaches which minimizes references to morales and beliefs, and focuses on verifiable hypothesis's
Unfortunately in the area of politics and morality the use of the "scientific method" has significant short commings as these areas tend not to have very crisply defined constraints to allow for objective and quantitative assessment.
Propaganda is information or advertisement that is designed to mislead or persuade the viewer. It does not have a direct opposite or antonym, but depending on the situation an antonym might be information that is; truth, legitimate or unbiased.
