well, there are viruses... but they are nonliving. Also there is pathogenic bacteria, which can cause you to get sick too.

Do not confuse pathogenic bacteria with other bacteria though. Some bacteria is actually good. For example E. Coli is a good thing to have in the large intestine but if it is ingested you can become sick.
