An aquifer.
The level at which all spaces inside underground rock are filled with water is called the water table.
Underground water is called underground water, because it is "underground" not because it is fresh or salt. You can have underground salt water reservoirs just like you can have fresh water ones.

Ground water.
Food contains minerals. Pure water (perfectly distilled water) contains no minerals, but naturally occurring water (lakes, oceans, streams, underground water) contains dissolved minerals.
If its an underground reservoir for water, it could possibly be an Aquifer.
This is known as ground water.
