Most Urban Outfitter interviews are group interviews. It's not different at all from any group interview that you've been too, they'll ask you to tell you a little bit about yourself; then ask relevant questions about work experience, customer service experience, they also focus a lot on loss prevention(so if you've worked in retail, know about loss prevention, excellent question to ask them) They also do care A LOT about fashion, if you're not dense you can tell just from the question on the application "Who is your fashion idol?" So, another thing to do is to research their clothes online. Dress to impress, their standards(VERY casual). Slacks to an Urban Outfitters interview=NO. They do also want to hear about hobbies, etc. It is like a normal conversation than an interview, because they want people that can actually talk. Their looking for extremely outgoing and friendly people, or at least what they think are outgoing and friendly people. Don't talk too much though, or go completely off question. They'll also ask you questions like "What was the last clothing item that you bought, that you were stoked about?" of course, "Why do you want to work at Urban", stuff like that.
