WHAT IS ANUSANDHAN? Anusandhan is said to be a state of one's being connected with true self. This true self is identified in the traditions with the name of God as inspired by the Guru. This is supposed to be state that has surpassed and transcended all the subjective prejudices. This is supposed to be a sate that is associated with the aim of and aspiration of global welfare only. This is said to be a state which has no petty pursuits and no mean considerations. This state is supposed to be an objective state that has benevolent effect on the entire universe. Benevolent effect means the effect that facilitates the ANUSANDHAN! ANUSANDHAN can also be said to be THE state of ultimate FREEDOM in true sense.

What is the meaning of wellbeing?

WHAT IS WELLBEING? It is true that a variety of physical attributes such as strength, agility, skilled coordination, good posture, endurance, good proportions of body etc indicate physical health. In aging population, good memory, good eyesight, good hearing sense, good sleep, good mood, delayed graying, delayed wrinkling of skin etc constitute indicators of good physical health. But it is said that the most important hallmark of wellbeing is being connected with our true self or the cosmic self. This is called ANUSANDHAN. It appears to be associated with benevolent, enkindling, enlightening and vitalizing effect on the entire universe. Whether this is a mental state that has objective counterpart or this is basically an objective state and it has a sublime subjective counterpart is for the readers to experience and decide. Whether NAMASMARAN helps achieve this state of being , is also for the readers to verify.
