I believe you mean Area 51. Area 51 is a top secret military base in Nevada but it's not really top secret since everyone knows about it but the government don't want us to know about it. It's a theory going around saying that they hold top secret aircraft, UFOs, and even alien lifeforms are at Area 51. As far as "Area 52" I never heard of it so my guess is you made a typo.
Updated Answer!I found out what Area 52 was. Area 52 is a nickname of "Tonopah Test Range" another top secret base in Nevada it's also called the "next Area 51." People believe that the government switched base of operations to there. The reason is because people know Area 51 so much I guess they feel threaten and don't want people to know the truth of what's going on. And this "Area 52" is a big big big place way bigger than Area 51. I heard it has the biggest restricted airspace on the planet. So that's what Area 52 is. You can Google it and see the map.
