The Ashrah Al-Mubashirina bil Jannah are the ten companions who were promised paradise by the Prophet Muhammad in the Hadith of the ten promised paradise. This hadith was narrated by Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, and ibn Majah.
The hadith reads as reported from Tirmidhi as follows:
Abdul Rahman bin `Awf said: The prophet (s) said: Abu Bakr in Paradise, Omar in Paradise, 'Uthman in Paradise, Ali in Paradise, Talha in Paradise, al- Zubair (bin al-'Awwam) in Paradise, AbdulRahman bin `Awf in Paradise, Saad (bin Abi Waqqass) in Paradise, Saeed (bin Zaid), and abu 'Ubaida bin al- Jarrah in Paradise."

This is a hadith that is believed to be true only by Sunni Muslims, as Shias don't accept its authenticity for a couple of reasons. They believe that it was a fabricated hadith that was created during the time of the Ummayad dynasty (about 50 years after the death of Muhammad) to strengthen the cause against Shiism. They also say that it isn't truly authentic, as it isn't in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, the two most authentic hadith books.
However, whether the Shi'as accept this hadith or not, it makes no difference in beliefs between the two sects. What is the most important matter is your faith and your own relationship with God, and not necessarily whether a hadith on the ten people promised paradise is authentic or not. Allah knows best, and Shi'as and Sunnis are all still Muslims, striving in the same way for the same goals.
