a balanced personality is when someone balances the thing they enjoy with hard work . getting it right is very important . for instance ... if you were an average collage student working hard you balance it with what is fun . like ...drinking ,partying and shopping with your mates (in a girls case) or drinking , partying and hanging out with mates (in a boy's case) these are just examples
