It may seem so at first. You'll probably drop about 3-7 lbs the first week, but then your body thinks that it needs to save the fats. When you eat dinner (after skipping lunch and breakfast) your stomach keeps ALL of the fats and cals, thinking that it will be never fed again. when you have dinner the next night, it will do the same thing.So basically you loose pounds by skipping lunch and breakfast, but gain even more back by eating dinner. This is not and excuse to skip dinner as well. I know it hurts to be hungry, so enjoy yourself. Ditch the after school potatoe chips and try yogurt. I suggest Special K cereral or Cheerios. They are very healthy and breakfast is important. For lunch, pack yourself a sandwhich on wheat bread or a salad. I suggest not to buy a school lunch, because even the salad bar containts perservatives. Drink lots of water and stay away from juice (unless your in middle school or under. in that case you need it). Drink skim milk (purple cap). It's definitely ok to have a nice large lunch, or a delicious breakfast once in a while. Just work it off by going to the gym, investing in a tred, going for a walk with your dog, enjoying a bike ride, jumping on the tramp, ect.Hope this helped! :) good luck! stop skipping!
