Well that is up to you, have you been out and collected up litter in your area? If not whay do you expect other people to do it.

You get a scoop and a disposable trash bag or any type of bag. Then, search around the litter box with the scoop. if you find any clumps, then put them in the bag. When you are done, put the bag in the dumpster, trash can, etc. Then, put the scoop away. Then, your done!
