Labradors are genuinely energetic dogs who love to run. They are extremely friendly, so they would not be the best guard dog. More likely, they would lead any sort of intruder right to the money. Labradors are the AKC's most popular breed of dog, and in my personal opinion, the best pet for a family with children. They are easy to train, but if you at until adulthood to begin training, you may have some difficulties. It is best to start at a young age.

∙ 11y agoI believe you may have mixed Golden Retrievers and Labrador Retrievers together as I am not aware of any breed known as a ''golden labrador''. Golden Retrievers have a temperament that is described as intelligent, kind, friendly, confident, reliable and trustworthy. Labradors have a temperament that is described as gentle, intelligent, good-tempered, kind, outgoing and agile. They can both make fantastic family pets.
