Why is the Rivet City bridge in Fallout 3 gone?
The bridge is not gone. I actually made the same mistake myself the first time that I visited Rivet City. There should be a metal pole near the edge that has an intercom on it. Talk to the guy on the other end of the intercom and he will connect the bridge for you.
