I've had experience with both, I own an Ipod and a nintendo 3DS since launch. The 3DS is better with games and interaction, and has MP3 support which I found brilliant you need good headphones with it aswell as it can be quiet with cheep ones. The 3DS has street pass which is when you pass people on the street and exchange data with them so you can fight against each other in games. The 3DS also aims for a more mature ordinance then the DS and is extremely cheep for its features now. The 3DS also has amazing graphics for its size and its highly portable. Downloadable games are also available for 3DS and downloadable short films. AR games are quite amazing as the 3DS comes with free Ar cards and the 3DS also has a free 2GB SD card inside aswell as internal memory. You can replace the SD card anytime if you want more storage. The Ipod touch is also good with games but the features and graphics on the games are not as good as the 3DS, theres more games on the Ipod touch and are all downloadable. The Ipod touch is mainly built for MP3. I like the way the Ipod touch is highly portable to. Its brilliant for MP3 for music on the go. Ipod 4th gen is quite expensive if you want more GB's, I think apple goes over the top with price for more gigs. Ok so now what do you want, an ultimate Music storage and lissining device. Or an amazing Games Device which has many features including MP3 support? I'm not on any side here as I own both devices.
