Well, it really all depends. Nintendo has made the DS and the 3DS improve by a lot. The Nintendo DSi and the Nintedo 3DS has a much better upgrade then the DS Lite. They include a camera, an app store, and much more.
The iPod Touch; however, also has an app store and is more secure while downloading apps. For example..... when you by apps on the DSi and 3DS, you have to give a credit card number, your location, and much more personal information. The iPod Touch has a card you can buy, kinda like a giftcard, for like $15.00... or higher. You can get these cards at Apple, Targest, and more stores. When you go to the app store, you give the code on the card you purchased. Therefor, you can save a lot more privacy and personal information.
And it also depends what version of the iPod Touch 4th Generation you are getting.
Apple
iPod Touch 4th Generation 8 Gigs $209.99
iPod Touch 4th Generation 32 Gigs $274.99
iPod Touch 4th Generation 63 Gigs $369.99
3DS $250.99
I would defidently recommend the iPod Touch, because the 3DS is the worlds first 3D gaming counsel, so it is possible to have a few glitches.
Probably not because they are not from the same company, and as well the values of both aren't equal. BUT you could sell your Nintendo 3DS and put that money towards an iPod Touch, just as a suggestion.
Yes it is
It really depends on what you want. Both have touch screens and can download software, but the iPod is much better at playing music while the 3DS is better at playing games and can display in 3D.
ipod touch by a mile
It depends.the 3ds is 3d and 2 screensand the ipod touch is touchand ucan download
Nintendo 3DS sucks, instead get a DSi that comes with a transformation tool to a 3DS.
No. You can also get it for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, iPod Touch, Nintendo DS, Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows.
First of all, the 3DS is not specifically better than an IPod Touch. It all depends on the person's opinion. Anyways, here are some things that the 3DS has that the Touch doesn't: 1. The 3DS is a dedicated handheld gaming device. This means it was made especially for games. 2. Games at $40 (or something around that range) are more fleshed out and overall better than the free apps or the 99 cent ones.
They are two different things... apple products such as the ipod touch have cheap 1 dollar to 4 dollar games that are fun and addictive and carry music. Dsi are games that require video games but I would get the ipod touch because its really good and 3ds I heard has problems
I have both & I can't decide! They're both as good as each other! Try them out at game shows etc. and see which one YOU prefer
Well 3D with out glasses of course...
