It depends; if you have a lot of time on your hands a golden retriver is good because you have to spend time brushing it evryday and taking it for long walks. They are also good for if you are energetic because they are also very energetic. But if you dont have a lot of time then a pug is good because they are smaller, dont need as long walks as golden retreivers. Also as they have short fur they dont need brushing everyday. It is good to brush short-furred dogs as it removes any dead skin or shedded fur. If you had a golden retreiver it sheds fur everywhere aswell. You have to feed a golden retreiver quite a bit more than a pug, because of it being larger. Golden retreivers also live longer than pugs and are good with children but do take a lot of looking after. Golden retreivers are one of the most loving and loyal Dog Breeds you can get, but pugs are still good fun!
That's not true! I have a lab. 2 years old and she's ever so playful. We dont need to brush her everyday. We walk down to our local park and back everyday and if we cant me and my little brother play with her in the woods and then me my brother and my dad play with her on the trampoline! She loves it and goes mad! She loves people and loves fuss. A big baby. Scared of quite a few things. Pugs, well I've never had one. Plan to have one. But there pretty much the same! END OF! This is me and Poppy Loppy signing off. X x x.
