I have the PSP Go, PSP 3000, and the iPod Touch 32 GB. There really isn't any comparison. The iPod Touch is a lot better in many categories. But the PSP wins in 2 catergories
Music - Obviously the iPod Touch
Games - The iPod touch was meant for gaming
Screen - The PSP has a bigger screen with a lot better graphics
internet - The iPod Touch totally owns
Portable - The iPod Touch is a lot thinner and lighter than the PSP
Design - They both tie in this categorie
User Interface - The iPod Touch takes over the PSP
Video - The iPod Touch wins by a huge chunk because of its quality
Price - I would say the iPod is better for the price
Durable - I dropped both devices a lot of times (trust me) and they PSP's screen cracked at one of the corners and the iPods' was perfect
That's All True So Its Looks like iPod is better and psp sucks and is a waiste of money

Get the ipod touch because it is way freaken better than the crappy psp. I spent 75.99 just to get a new psp battery.
