What is better to do harvest or rescue little sisters in BioShock 2?

well if you harvest every little sister in the game it adds up to 3000 Adam but if you rescue evey little sister it only adds up to 2570 but if you do alot of saving your gonna get some good stuff from their parent's

Why are little sisters ugly in BioShock 1 and not in BioShock 2?
In Bioshock 1 the little sisters where not as big as a part as they are in Bioshock 2. in Bioshock 2, the little sisters aren't as ugly so you develop a relationship with the little sisters, because your a big daddy, so you want to protect and save them. Plus, Bioshock 2 is set after Bioshock 1, so the little sisters are older, making their bodies more developed.
Will a big sister always come if you harvest a little sister in BioShock 2?
No, the Big Sisters come at selected parts sometimes after you harvest a little sister and sometimes at a part of the game. But they dont come everytime you harvest a little sister
Why do you try to kill little sister in the ending of BioShock?
There is no sequence where your character kills a little sister at the end of bioshock. during the story you get the option to "harvest" or "save" the little sisters found throughout the game. "Harvesting" a little sister forcibly removes the "ADAM slug" from there body and you get a higher "ADAM" payout but the little sister does not survive the process. While "Saving" a little sister cleanses the "ADAM" from there system, but with a lower "ADAM" payout. It is up to the player to decide what path to take.
