Human Biology, Chemistry, a bit of physics is what is required for understanding Medicine. But check out the pre-requisites required in your Country/Region or at the institute you prefer to study as they vary a lot.
Medical schools are not looking for Biology majors. They want you to be well-rounded, which means Philosophy, Drama, or basket-weaving as a major, with a minor in Math, Physics or Chemistry. Save Biology for medical school.
