∙ 15y agoIt depends on what you will do/have done that day. Normally it would be better to have a shower in the morning (to wash away the night's dirt and sweat, and make you clean for that day). But lets say you have been out in the hot sun sweating, after you would want to take a shower So it just depends what type of person you are!

Either. Both are okay, it all depends on your preference. Personally, I prefer to take one in the morning to refresh me up, and another one at night to wash off the dust and sweat from the day. I would take a pair of showers every 2 or 3 days as it's actually unhealthy to wash too often. Taking shower does clean your body, but too much chemicals or rubbing will do harm to your skin's natural protection.
