Well AFAIK attack just influences what weapons you can use where as strength influences the damge done. If you could only choose one I would choose strength however I would not advise doing so.
Strength is usually the best thing to have high for someone using melee.
Training attack increases your accuracy(how often you hit), and training strenght increases your damage(how hard you hit). just choose which you prefer better, but i personally thing defence is the best because you use it in melee, magic and range cuz u always get hit.
By training your attack you increase the chance of hitting a npc. having a good attack def and strength help your character to be good
Usually Abyssal Whip for it's attack bonuses and speed, but Dragon Scimitar is good because unlike Abyssal Whip it can train your strength. Also there is a Saradomin Sword that is good because it hits better than a Dragon Scimitar but it can train strength as well.
Since the release of the evolution of combat all melee weapons can train attack, strength and defence. To change the combat experience to strength, simply click on the combat tab, then click the round button with "XP" on it and choose strength.
Get a weak weapon and fight barbarians at the barbarian village.
right next to pastoria city
i would use a dragon scimitar if u have 60 attack and if not use a rune weapon preferably the rune scimitar don't use a whip and if u can afford it a SS is even better. :) have fun training strength
First you make an account. Complete Tutorial. Saradomin sword for training strength, whip for attack or defence.
It all depends on which way you train it, but I think it's going to be around 60.
