The city of Cape Town is located on either side of an impressive mountain ridge on the Cape Peninsula, while the centre of the city nestles under the iconic Table Mountain; world famous landmark. Stretching away from the city toward the coast of False Bay are low-lying, flat, sandy areas located more or less at sea level sea level; known as the Cape Flats.

Cape Cod is a very large area of land, made up of 16 towns, so there are many landmarks that you will come across. The first one that you would see on a trip to the Cape would be the Cape Cod Canal, which you would cross on one of two bridges. (Sagamore Bridge or Bourne Bridge)
Upper Cape is not Truro, Provincetown. These towns are lower cape. Falmouth, Bourne, Mashpee, Sandwich is Upper Cape.
