The Mother's Cookies brand went out of business in 2008, but was acquired by Kellogg's and Circus Animal Cookies went back on the shelves on the West Coast in early 2009. It is unknown if they will be distributed nationwide in the US.
As long as the item is a name brand, then it doesn't matter if the place where you bought it from went out of business. Just contact the brand's company. THEY keep warranty files!
They went out of business for a while and now it is back on the market. (I used to get it at Raley's Supermarket [SF Bay Area] or ACE Hardware) We were buying it by the case whenever possible, then they went out of business. But it's back on the market. I believe Amazon.com has it at the best price.

yes sometime back in 2010, i was working with them at the new hotel in Allen, TX when they went out of business.

The Dolly Madison brand belongs to Hostess and was liquidated when they went out of business. They made snack cakes.
