SGCC is a galvanized high carbon steel. It is Harder than typical steel, and has a thin coating of electro-statically bonded zinc that prevents it from oxidizing.
the 0.6mm is the thickness of the metal being 6 tenths of a millimeter also known as 24 gage steel.
As a computer case material it is slightly heavier and significantly strong than Aluminum and plastic, provides better heat management than Plastic, but not as good as Aluminum. it is usually only used in the frame of a computer case to hold the internal components, however it also can be used to make the side panels.
