CAFO (concentrated animal feeding operation)
A CAFO is a Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation, or a factory farm.
"Factory farming" is just a phrase coined by animal rights activists to refer to large-scale animal agriculture. So the first improvement would be to simply call it what it is -- large-scale animal agriculture, or, in the US at least, Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations or CAFO's.
"Factory farm" is just a term used by opponents of large-scale animal agriculture to refer to Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations or CAFO's. There are approximately 15,000 CAFO's in the US according to the US Department of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Agency.

please say the answer
This question is difficult to answer, at least for the US, since "factory farming" is a term which is used only by opponents of large-scale pork production, or by those who are ignorant of its origins in the animal rights movement. Animal rights activists will give you a completely different answer than those who actually raise the hogs, so you have to decide which viewpoint you are more interested in. If you would like information on US large-scale pork production, try asking about "hog farms" or "concentrated animal feeding operations" (CAFO).

Factory Farming is the intense concentration of animals in a small area to facillitate feeding and other control measures. This includes feedlots and intense chicken raising as happens with producers of eggs or chickens for fast food outlets. The factory farms may produce pollution (waste, biological materials, pharmaceutical waste, etc) if not properly operated. If properly operated with appropriate controls wastes and emissions may be well controlled. Just for the record, "factory farming" is a phrase used only by opponents of large-scale animal agriculture to refer to Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations or CAFO's.
