What is a Dickbauch?
Dickbauch means "fat stomach" and is a name that is rumoured to be given to the Christmas Eve.
Why is Christmas Eve called Dickbauch in Germany?
"Dickbauch" literally means "fat belly" and is obviously in reference to Santa, but in my 45 years I have never ever heard anybody refer to Christmas Eve as "Dickbauch".
