Static content never changes, it is just content that was placed on a website but remains the same. A Content management System is basically software that allows you to easily make changes to your website and manage content within it, such as products within an online store.

GOcms is an example of a great CMS and they have an excellent article explaining what a content management system is as well, I've added the article as a related link.

A static website is one where the content remains fixed and does not change unless the code is manually updated. A content management system (CMS) allows for dynamic content updates through an admin interface, enabling users to easily add, edit, and manage website content without requiring technical knowledge. In essence, a CMS provides a way to manage website content more efficiently compared to a static website.

Who can tell you what is the difference between a Baumol Static Revenue-Maximization Model with a Dynamic one?

The main difference is that in the dynamic model the profit is reinvented allowing for more growth in the future, so it is a trade off between profit now or higher profits later, the management will need to get the shareholder to agree on that, a trust must be established between the shareholders and management. Hence, int he dynamic model, the minimum profit is not actually a constraint as it is in the static model.
