lots, first there were different engines offered in both years, second 03 was corvettes 50th anniversary, so 03 had a different logo and an optional 50th anniversary package not available in 00. There was also a $3,000 price difference in both years. The 03 corvette had more color option's. Their were also many improvements between the years.
